Sun Salutation Workshop

Beschreibung

In this workshop, open to yogis of all levels, we will examine the why and how we salute the sun. With guidance on how to perform them safely and correctly. Focusing on matching our movement with our breath, unifying the two in a moving mediation.

Cancellations up to 24hours in advance are free of charge; cancellation later then that will be charged at 100%.
